About Recalibrate
Recalibrate offers carefully designed programmes and accessible group sessions to share breath practice as a mode for deep self-inquiry, capacity-building and connection with self/world.
My intention is to create grounded spaces to connect with the wisdom of the body and breath, as natural technologies that we can work with to empower ourselves individually and collectively.
Recalibrate is an inquiry into how embodied practice can help guide us out of patterns of separation, towards a felt sense of interdependence with the living world.
The breath offers a direct experience of the body as a living system ā an ecology within a shared atmosphere ā where personal and collective healing are inseparable.

About Charlie
Iām trained as a Breath Science Practitioner with the School of Breath Science and as a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator. Training in permaculture also informs my ecological approach to embodiment work.
I’m exploring how permaculture principles can be lived and felt within the body – finding patterns, rhythms, edges, feedback loops and connecting with our regenerative capacity. In my workshops and programmes, I invite somatic inquiry to reconnect with these innate processes that support resilience, repair and renewal, individually and culturally.
I live in Cornwall, UK.
