Breath Coaching: an 8-week deep dive into the breath

A one-to-one breath coaching container designed around your body, nervous system and intentions. We begin with breath assessments and conversation, which inform the direction and pacing of the programme, then we build progressively in weekly sessions, moving deeper into awareness of the breath and our capacity to affect change through it.  The approach combines practical breath science with reflective inquiry – within every session we move through tailored breath practices, meditations, and discussion. While each programme is unique, ground we are likely to cover: functional breath mechanics, the biochemistry of breathing and how it connects to resilience, nervous system regulation, mind-body connection and deeper journeying practices that cultivate embodied and emotional awareness. This can support you to: 

  • establish healthy functional breathing foundations and move through breathing dysfunction
  • learn how to regulate and build capacity through your nervous system
  • develop awareness of patterns, and how to notice and reprogram them through the breath
  • cultivate sensitivity, presence and deep listening with the body
  • learn embodied processes to integrate energetic and emotional material
  • build resilience from within through deep self-awareness and inner resourcing

Regenerative Inner Design: somatic ecology programme

Regenerative Inner Design is a 12-week, one-to-one inquiry into the body as a living system and breath as a pathway that can bring us into intimate relationship with self and world, into a felt sense of interdependence.

This container weaves breath science, embodied practice and contemplative inquiry to support deep embodied awareness, capacity-building, and relational intelligence. The wound of separation runs through western culture – from our body, from the living world – conditioning how we perceive and move through life. This programme asks how we reclaim and recover our felt sense of relationality with the living world – how we become conscious participants in the networks of reciprocity that sustain and enliven us. What might be possible, individually and culturally if we lived from embodied ecological awareness?

Informed by permaculture principles and systems thinking, we explore how these models are lived and felt. This includes identifying patterns and feedback loops, working with the body’s creative intelligence and natural rhythms, mapping inner systems, and understanding resilience as diversity and complexity rather than rigidity. Through body listening and observation, we cultivate the awareness and agency required to become designers in our own lives — capable of vital being and effective outer action.

This work is rooted in deep listening, curiosity and relationship, rather than optimisation or control. Practices are introduced as ways of tending, composting and regenerating – the focus on inner sustainability acknowledges our personal healing as inseparable from collective life. The breath offers a direct experience of interdependence: a shared atmosphere, an exchange, a reminder that change happens through process, not force.

This programme is 12 weeks, with weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 online sessions incorporating breath and embodied ecology practices.
